SENSORY TRAINING
The Florida Brewers Guild is once again offering a sensory course as an additional component to our conference. We will cover a multitude of aromas found in beer, how they are formed, potential solutions, and preventative measures. Focus areas include “Off Flavors by Brewing Errors”, “Off Flavors caused by Fermentation Errors”, “Off Flavors from Packaging Errors”, and “Flavors that may or not be Off-Flavors”. We will be covering numerous flavors, split between commonly encountered off-flavors and positive attributes.
The training will take place Monday, July 24th from 9am until 4pm, and lunch will be provided.
Seats are limited and this seminar is NOT included in the regular conference price. Order your tickets soon because this session always sells out!
This special session is sponsored by Cicerone Certification Program, Best Florida Beer, and Allocated Media.
